Products & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST @ 18%, which is added at checkout.
- Prices may change with currency movement and supplier rates without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation applies.
- Designs and specifications may be changed by the manufacturer without prior notice. Product images are for illustration.
Orders & payment
- Online orders are paid in full via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets).
- Cash on Delivery: a non-refundable booking advance of 10% of the order value is paid online; the balance is paid at delivery.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment / advance.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to stock availability, or within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of confirmed order for made-to-order items.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defects. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorised repair and electrical surges are not covered.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
